Tracy and her team are committed to service excellence and offer innovative wellness programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of the community. Through partnerships, events, and outreach, she ensures Cerulean is not just a spa but a sanctuary where guests feel empowered, confident, and cared for.
Cerulean Beauty & Spa offers a full range of massage, skincare, and beauty services—including the popular HydraFacial, a high-tech treatment that targets fine lines, acne, and uneven skin tone for immediate, radiant results. Guests can also enjoy hair and nail services, an infrared sauna, and an aromatic steam room, then unwind in the relaxation lounge, swim in the pool, or browse the spa’s upscale boutique.
Tracy’s commitment to creating this elevated spa experience is rooted in more than 30 years of hands-on expertise. Her journey into the world of esthetics began right out of high school, driven by a passion for skincare and a desire to help others feel beautiful. Her career evolved from practicing as a licensed esthetician to advancing into spa management and leadership, where she could combine her love for service with her talent for business development. Today, as Spa Director, Tracy brings her vision for elevated service standards and holistic wellness to life every day.
Her professional philosophy is simple yet powerful: when you take care of your team, they take exceptional care of your guests. Tracy believes that happy, valued employees create an atmosphere of positivity and genuine hospitality — and that energy is felt by every guest who walks through the door. She champions fair compensation, a supportive work environment, and a people-first approach that translates into lasting loyalty from both her team and Cerulean’s guests.
What inspires Tracy most is the transformation she witnesses every day — the moments when a guest leaves feeling more confident, more peaceful, and more connected to their own sense of wellbeing. “There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing the space we’ve created helped someone feel their best inside and out,” she shares. It’s this impact that continues to fuel her passion and commitment to the spa industry.
Tracy’s message to the community is heartfelt: “Everyone deserves to feel their best. Whether you’re visiting for a moment of relaxation, a boost of confidence, or a get-together with friends, our goal is to create a space where you feel seen, valued, and cared for.” She also warmly welcomes both new and returning guests who may remember the space as the former Red Door Spa by Elizabeth Arden. While Cerulean Beauty & Spa has no affiliation with the former business, Tracy and her team are excited to invite everyone to experience the newly reimagined spa and boutique.
A proud resident of Mystic, Tracy treasures the sense of community the area offers. She enjoys sharing her love for the CT shoreline through her monthly column, The Luxe Lounge with Tracy, where she highlights local businesses and events. Tracy lives with her fiancé, Gregorio, and their beloved chihuahua, Trixie.
From an early fascination with the glamour of pageants to winning the title of Mrs. Connecticut in 2000, Tracy has always known that her true calling was helping people feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. Today, her life’s work is a reflection of that mission — creating spaces where self-care, wellness, and joy come together.
