What Spa Packages Do You Offer?
We have a curated line up of pampering Day Spa escapes designed for restoration. Each includes a 3-course lunch and access to spa amenities including steam room, infrared sauna, pool and the fitness center. Perfect for solo visits, friends, celebrations and more.
Does The Spa Accept Group Bookings?
Yes, we would be happy to host your group at the Cerulean Spa. For more information, contact us at 860.446.2500 and one of our experienced spa concierge specialist will assist you.
Does Cerulean Beauty & Spa Accept Walk-In Appointments?
Yes, however we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.
What Treatments Are Recommended For Expecting Mothers?
Any of our 60 minute or less services are permitted for expectant parents with the exception of pedicures, body wraps, hot stone massage, or special hair coloring. Must be at least 14 weeks along in pregnancy to receive spa services.
What Is The Policy For Children Under The Age of 18?
Children under the age of 18 may receive salon service only, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Services provided are at full cost. No one under 18 is permitted the spa area or allowed to receive spa services.
Are There Any Other Fees Associated With My Spa Visit?
A $20.00 Spa Entrance Fee is added for each guests spa itinerary. CT Sales Tax is added for all taxable services and retail purchases.
Is Gratuity Included?
A 19% gratuity is added to the cost of your service.
What Should I Bring With Me For My Spa Visit?
Bring your swimsuit for the pool or steam room, comfortable and appropriate workout clothes and sneakers. Spa robes and sandals are provided for you, however you may bring your own robe and slippers. Our changing rooms provide showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotions, razors, deodorant, hair spray, mouthwash and hair dryers. We suggest to leave jewelry and personal valuables at home.
What Do I Wear During My Services?
Your comfort level is our utmost importance. Please be sure to ask your spa concierge specialist if your body treatments require nudity. Undergarments may be worn for certain treatments if preferred. Clothing is required in all public areas and suits are required in the swimming pool.
When Should I Arrive On The Property Before A Treatment?
Your spa services begin at the scheduled appointment time. We recommend arriving no later than 15 minutes prior to that start time.
Do I Have The Option Of A Male Or Female Therapist?
We make every effort to honor your requests however, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist will be available to you. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
Are The Pools, Spa & Fitness Center Open?

What Are The Spa Facilities?
Our spa guests have full use of our comfortable relaxation room, steam room, infrared sauna, fitness center and indoor swimming pool, and sun deck (summer months). A $20.00 Spa Entrance fee is added to your final bill.

Is There Parking?
Yes, free parking is available on site.
Can I Bring Food & Drinks In The Spa/Salon?
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the spa or salon.
Are Gift Cards Available for Purchase?
Gift cards may be purchased in person or online at Ceruleanspa.com.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation charge of 100% of the service. Hotel guests are kindly asked to call the spa directly at 860-446-2500 when canceling spa appointments, not the hotel front desk.
What is the difference between a Swedish and a Deep Tissue massage?
Swedish massage is designed for overall relaxation and stress relief, while deep tissue focuses on reaching deeper muscle layers to treat chronic pain
How should I prepare for a facial?
Stay hydrated, skip harsh skincare products for a few days, and arrive with a clean face
What is a Hydrafacial, and is it right for my skin type?
A HydraFacial is a non-invasive, resurfacing treatment that uses patented technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin in one session. It is generally excellent for all skin types, providing immediate, radiant results with no downtime.
What should I expect during my first spa visit?
A quiet, relaxing atmosphere where you will check in, and receive a robe and slippers in a locker room. Plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to unwind,and prepare to undress to your comfort level for treatments, with professional draping ensuring modesty.
What amenities are included with my spa service?
Amenities included are designed for relaxation, such as locker rooms, robes, sandals, showers, a quiet relaxation lounge, steam rooms, saunas, heated indoor pool, fitness centers, and complimentary refreshments, filtered water and hot tea.
How long should I allow for my visit?
Our services are 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Plan for 1.5- 3 hours for a standard half-day spa visit, which allows time for one or two treatments plus use of amenities like saunas or relaxation lounges. For a more leisurely, full-day experience, you should schedule 4 to 5 hours. Arrive at least 15–30 minutes early to check in, fill out forms, and change.
