Global Home

At Cerulean Beauty & Spa inside the Mystic Marriott Hotel, what you feel when you walk in is the result of a strong, experienced team led by Spa Director Tracy Lisee. The soft lighting, the calming scent in the air, it’s all a reflection of a shared commitment to doing things well.

Tracy sets the tone, and her team brings it to every part of the guest experience.

Experience That Starts With Real Expertise

Tracy’s career in skincare and wellness began right out of high school, and more than 30 years later, that hands-on experience still shapes how she leads. She understands the difference between a treatment that feels nice and one that actually offers results.

That perspective guides how services are selected and refined at Cerulean Beauty & Spa. Treatments like the HydraFacial are included because they are consistent, effective, and loved by our clients. Tracy has built the menu around services that help people truly feel their best, and her team is trained to adjust each one based on the guest in front of them.

Whether you are coming in for a mid-week retreat or a full spa day, the goal is that you leave more relaxed and confident than when you came in.

Personalization That Feels Considered

One of Tracy’s core expectations is that no service should feel automatic. Every guest arrives with a different set of needs, and the experience should reflect that.

Before your treatment begins, your provider takes the time to understand what you are looking for. During your massage or facial, they make adjustments based on how your body responds or how your skin reacts to certain products.

That level of attention is something Tracy emphasizes across the team, and it shapes how you experience your appointment.

What Guests Do Not See, But Always Feel

When Tracy talks about what sets Cerulean apart, she comes back to preparation. Much of the experience is shaped before a guest ever arrives, from the way treatments are developed to the products selected and the level of training each team member completes.

She is deliberate about what makes it onto the service menu. If a treatment cannot be delivered with consistency or does not meet her standards, it does not stay. That mindset carries through to how the team is trained, with a focus on understanding both technique and product performance.

It’s also personal. Tracy only brings in treatments she would confidently experience herself, which creates a level of trust in what Cerulean offers.

A Strong Work Environment

Tracy believes that the way a team is treated directly shapes the guest experience. Her approach centers on creating a supportive, professional environment where people feel respected and confident in their work.

That shows up in how services are delivered and how guests are taken care of. There is a steadiness to the experience that comes from a team that is aligned and genuinely invested in what they do.

Rooted In The Mystic Community

Outside of the spa, Tracy has a personal connection to Mystic. She lives nearby with her fiancé, Gregorio, and their chihuahua, Trixie, and spends time exploring the shoreline and supporting small businesses.

That connection shows up in how she leads Cerulean. Through partnerships, events, and her monthly feature, The Luxe Lounge with Tracy, she highlights local businesses and experiences, bringing that same sense of community into the spa.

She also welcomes guests who may remember the space as the former Red Door Spa by Elizabeth Arden. While Cerulean Beauty & Spa has no affiliation with the previous business, Tracy and her team are proud to introduce a newly reimagined space and invite both new and returning guests to experience it.
