With more than three decades in luxury spa environments, Tracy believes true excellence lives in personalization and performance. For her, luxury is not just a beautiful setting. It is the ability to understand a guest’s needs, deliver meaningful results, and create a moment that feels both restorative and refined.

What does excellence mean in your role?

Excellence means never treating a service as routine. Every guest arrives with different goals, expectations, and stressors. It’s our responsibility to tailor the experience so it feels intentional and elevated every time.

What detail do guests often overlook, but you never do?

The preparation. From the products selected to the training behind each service, so much happens behind the scenes to ensure quality and consistency. I only want to offer treatments I would confidently experience myself.

Where do you draw inspiration from?

Travel, reading, and new experiences. Seeing how different cultures approach wellness continually shapes my perspective on modern luxury.

Outside of the spa, Tracy calls Mystic home, where she lives with her fiancé Gregorio and their chihuahua, Trixie. That balance of creativity, curiosity, and care is woven into the culture she leads every day.
